What is Integrated~Restorative Yoga? Using Hatha yoga as the base to build on I integrate qigong, meditation and body strengthening work that allow the release of stagnation in the body while gently bringing awareness to correct body form and a deeper connection to the self as the source of healing. Chairs and props are used to support the body where needed so the body can relax and gently open and align itself.
My goal is to make students aware of and stay in touch with sensing and maintaining the best their bodies can offer. My teaching style evolved over time and continues to evolve. The work is gentle and fun. I work with all body types from those recuperating from operations, depression or just needing a boost and guidance in moving forward. What I teach can be carried over to any form of exercise.
